Sketch Sunday

Here's my Sunday Sketch.

We were busy this weekend and I got some painting done which I am happy about.
But I didn't get as much done this weekend as I would have liked
but the most important thing we got done was to get my son set for camp!
I hope he has a terrific summer!

Have a great week everyone!

Okay--now You've got me wondering what that two piece red and white object is in the front right hand corner. Lovely, colorful sketch. :)

Great sketch! So colorful, I love it. You have a great style. Camp is scary, lol... but my son is only 6 so we're aren't there yet. I hope he has a great summer, too!

Oh wow, yes, sending kids to camps - that's one of these great American inventions that I wish had 'rubbed off' on Europe ;) Of course my kid is only 3, and I wouldn't want to send him anywhere for the time being (okay, honestly? A day or two every month would be great!!) - but I just know there's going to be times that I'd love that... So what are you going to do with all that time - apart from missing him ;)

Love your style!! Great funky line work and so much juicy colour!! Love your sketch!!

Fran, what a fabulous painting! i love how loose it is and the colors are just great! Is that wallpaper in the background, or those funky plastic thingies that used to hang in doorways in the 60's?! :-) LOVE it!! xoxo

Hi Everybody, the purple background is just from my imagination, really. The walls in my house are all painted white or beige or tan :))
