Glue it Tuesday and Challenge Day 4/5

Linking up with Glue-It Tuesday today and posting this as well to the Creativity Challenge Day 5.

I took candy wrappers I saved from Easter and glued those down to make a collage then worked off of that. I used gesso, gouache, the wrappers, etc:

I'm also posting my journal page from Creativity Challenge Day 4 down below. I'm trying to post as often as I can this week.
My church bazaar find:)

Goodness gracious look at my watercolor box. Needs a good cleaning.

As always,  thanks for visiting and leaving comments!
Enjoy the rest of your week,
Fran T

That watercolor box is creativity captured! Love the sight of its messy wonderfulness....and your pages. If I were to paint over the wrappers from Easter, I'd be tempted to portray how I felt after eating it all....but then, that wouldn't be a pretty picture....haha!

Yours certainly is!

I love the floral wreath! It looks like it's jumping off the page! Great job!

Hi Fran,
I received one of your black and white ATCs from the MMSA swap. It is the one with "Nothing can dim the light that shines from within" quote by Maya Angelou. She is my favorite poet and your card is lovely. I never cease to be amazed at all the talent that arrives in my mailbox as a gift. I feel very lucky to own this now and thank you. Happy continued swapping, Ellen D. MikaBrown
