This weekend I was looking for some old halloween decorations (and I mean old, I'll have to post them) and I came across a huge Arches watercolor block that I had. I remember this paper frustrating me so much and deciding to just putting it away a few years ago. Well time changes things. I have to say I have come around and am really enjoying this hot pressed paper.
Below are some leaves that I found leaving Oyster Bay this weekend, there are some imaginary ones as well. I am glad I picked the red background. At first I wasn't sure but I'm happy with that and like the touch of orange as well. Its not big, 2.5"x 3.5", ACEO size:
The one that got me started:
same style, so much fun to do!:
Some more fun:
I think purple and green are terrific together :
I've got to remember to stop by Cathy's shop and tell her "My chrysanthemum stones are working!" LOL!
